Install PCI extension to hold 2nd anti-vibration rubber (Figure 3.3)
and screw the 2nd anti-vibration rubber towards the 2nd PCI card until it is
fixed.

Cut off a part of the anti-vibration rubber if it is too long to fit into
the box when the PCI card is fixed.
