GPIO for rx loss
GPIO for tx disable
GPIO for tx fault
Folder that contains sfp slot No.2 GPIOs
Note!
At the moment document is writing, we don’t suggest start the
plug-in-and-play daemon for PMM module. That is because the BMC version
is less than or equal to v0.32, the LMP can’t read the right FRU ID of PMMs
and interposer boards by ipmitool command via LPC. So the FRU detect
daemon can’t update the FRU database files correctly.
5.11 Plug-in-and-Play Daemon for CP/DP Front IO Port
The section describes the daemon called
“transceiver auto-speed”
. This daemon is
designed to monitor the present of SFP+/QSFP+ transceiver and cable connectivity
and auto-provision the switch’s configuration. The supported ports are (1) four front
SFP+ ports of control plane network, (2) four front SFP+ port of data plane network.
The support transceiver type are (1) 10G SFP+ fiber, (2) 10G DAC copper, (3) 1G SFP
fiber, (4) 1G SFP copper. For the purpose to detect SFP+ module swap at system
running state, there is another launch script named
“frontsfp-autospd”
in
“/etc/init.d”
of target file system.
Below is an example to run the launch script:
$/etc/init.d/frontsfp-autospd stop
$/etc/init.d/frontsfp-autospd start
