Set serial port description.

Set serial port type and flow control.

Usage: port [nn|all] baud [300-230400] parity [] data [5-8] stop [1|1.5|2]
Set serial baud rate, parity and numbers of data bits, numbers of stop bits.
Acceptable baud: 300, 600, 1200, 1800, 2400, 4800, 7200, 9600, 14400,
19200, 38400, 57600, 115200, and 230400
