Mechanical Information

Step 4: Use the four 2.7mm countersink screws provided to fasten the heat spreader or four 2.7mm panhead
screws to fasten the passive heatsink to the module. Refer to the following four photos. Install the screws using an
alternating installation sequence as the red arrows in the second two photos indicate.
