Openings in the chassis are provided for ventilation. Do not
block or cover these openings. Make sure there is adequate
space around the system for ventilation when setting up the
work area. Never insert objects of any kind into the ventila-
tion holes.

To avoid electrical shock, always unplug all power and
modem cables from wall outlets before removing the sys-
tem covers.

The equipment must be serviced by authorized technicians
when:

The power cord or plug is damaged.
Z
Liquid has penetrated the equipment.
Z
It has been exposed to moisture.
Z
It is not functioning or does not function according to the
user’s manual.
Z
It has been dropped and damaged.
Z
It has an obvious sign of breakage.

Never attempt to fix the equipment. For safety reasons, the
equipment should only be serviced by qualified personnel.
