Please provide the problematic panels serial number to
ADJ support.
Screen cuts out intermittently.
Panel(s) too hot.
Ensure the panels have clear
airflow
to the rear.
Ensure product is not operating in conditions outside the
recommended temperature ranges.
Contact ADJ Service Dept.
Fault on the Ethernet Link.
More than 62 (AV6) panels connected per port.
Check all Ethernet connections and cables, replace
cables between last known good and defective panel.
Redistribute panel data
configuration
to not exceed the
maximum of 62 (AV6) per port.
Fault on the Power Link.
Check all Power connections and cables, replace
defective parts accordingly. Ensure the product is
operating with the correct type of power input. Make
sure the circuit is not overloaded, maximum amount of
panels, 20 amps 120v = 11 (EZ4), 20 (EZ6) panels.
Maximum amount of panels 20 amps 208v = 13 (EZ4),
20 (EZ6) panels.
One LED module (within a panel) cuts
out intermittently, displays incorrect
colors or acts erratically.
LED Module incorrectly installed.
Check the LED Module is installed correctly. Check
internal connections. Reseat receiving card/module.
LED Module defective.
