Adding a New Screen Layout
Once the desired resolution of the panel display is set, it is time to
define
the
panel layout. This can be done in the “Screen
Configuration”
tab.
There are some options at the top of the screen that assist with the layout of
the panels. Its usually best to choose the “Standard Screen” option and
enter the amount of columns and rows relevant to your screen setup. In our
example, we set 9 columns and 5 rows.
On the left hand side of the window, there are options to
define
which
Ethernet port the panels are connected to. Depending on which VSC unit
you own, will depend on whether this shows as 2 or 4 ports.
Further down on the left hand side of the window, there is the Scan Board
size
configuration
tool. In our example it is set to 96 x 96, this matches the
pixel pitch of the AV6 panels.
