Further Options
In the bottom right hand corner of the screen connection tab, there are some
buttons that are important to note -

FUNCTION
Read File (Load File)
The Read File function allows you to load a previously saved screen
configuration
fi
le to quickly apply it to a new
setup.
Save File
The Save File function allows you to save a screen cabling
configuration
for use later.
Read From HW
Read From HW recalls the latest map that was saved to the processor. This is useful to obtain the last saved
configuration
fi
le. It is only advisable to use this option if you do not have the
configuration
fi
le already.
Send to HW
The Send to HW (Hardware) Function allows you to temporarily send the screen
configuration
to the panels. This is
useful to check whether the layout of the screen is correct before doing a
fi
nal save.
Save Config
File
The Save
Config
File function allows you to save a
configuration
fi
le for the whole screen setup (not just the screen
layout) for use later, or with another system.
Save
The Save function will send all of the data to the panels, changed data from all of the tabs will be included and stored
in the panels
fl
ash memory.
Close
The Close button will close the dialog box and not save any information, or send any of the information to the panels.
