PROBLEM

Panel(s) completely dead.
No Power to Panel
Check main power connections
Fuse Blown
Contact ADJ Service Dept.
Defective PSU
Contact ADJ Service Dept.
One or more panels display video
incorrectly, or not at all.
Incorrect panel
configuration
in Nova Software.
Check the panel pixel pitch is correctly
defined
and
mapped in Nova. (See Chapter 4, Section 2 & 3)
Incorrect cable map.
Reconfigure
cable routing in Nova software (See
Chapter 4, Section 4). Or alternatively, match the real
world cabling with the Nova
configuration.
The Panel is defective.
Replace with another panel if possible, contact ADJ
service dept.
Another device in the data link is defective,
such as an Ethernet switch, cable, etc.
Replace with a device known to be operating correctly.
Have faulty device tested and serviced. Use the
“Detect Status” button on the panel to ensure the link is
working correctly. A green light indicates the panel link
is working correctly.
All Panels display video incorrectly,
or not at all.
