ADICOS M-BUSMASTER XF

420-2410-003 EN20

Brief Description

The Advanced Discovery System (“ADICOS”) is a fire detection system designed specifically

for use in heavy industry. It consists of fire gas detectors and infrared thermal imaging camer

-

as linked to a central unit (e.g. the ADICOS control panel BMZ-30 or M-BUSMASTER) via the

ADICOS M-Bus.

The

M-BUSMASTER XF

is a central unit of the Advanced Discovery System (“ADICOS”) designed

specifically to meet the need for early fire detection in heavy industry. It controls communica

-

tion with up to 255 ADICOS detectors via the ADICOS M-Bus and serves as the interface be

-

tween the ADICOS special fire detector and a service PC based standardly on RS-232; can

also be based on Ethernet with an expansion module.
