Network Setup – Internet Setup
This menu enables the features of the WAN interface in AP-VP150. Since network
environments are various, you should set this menu depending on your network environment.
The WAN protocols supported by AP-VP150 are DHCP, static IP, and PPPoE. You can enter
the address of IPv6.

Category
Description
DHCP (Flexible IP)
This is a WAN protocol that allows you to receive a flexible IP address
from the DHCP server. Examples of DHCP include cable modems,
VDSL, and IP-ADSL.
Static (Static IP)
Sets an IP address manually to configure the WAN interface. Examples
include ADSL (My IP) and E1/T1 dedicated lines.
PPPoE (Flexible IP)
This is a WAN protocol that allows you to receive a flexible IP address
from the PPP server. An example is ADSL.
