Selects between MPEG-4 and H.263.
Sets the size of an image that will be transmitted to the other party. The
higher the resolution is, the better the image quality is. You should
ensure an appropriate bandwidth.

Frame Rate
Sets a frame rate per second. A frame rate is the most important for
viewing video. You can view the screen properly in 30 frames; however,
a broken screen may be seen in a low frame. The range is 3 Fps to 30
Fps. (Set the range to a multiple of 3.)
