Maintenance
Assemble
1. Make sure that all parts are clean.
2. Pay special attention to the part where the
labyrinth gasket must fit (A).
3. Install the new labyrinth gasket (B).
5.2.8 Repair a faulty light (monitoring option)
Disassemble 1. Remove the upper cover assembly. See § 5.2.2.
2. Remove the optical assembly. See § 5.2.4.
3. Replace the fuse resistors. See § 5.2.9.
Connect 1. Take a new optical assy.
2. Connect the PCB. See § 5.2.4. Do not fasten the optical assy.
3. Do a fixture operation test. See § 5.4.
4. If the fixture does not turn on:

Dispose of the used inner cover assy.
6. Take a new inner cover assy with new fuse resitors.
7. Connect the PCB. See § 5.2.4. Do not fasten the optical assy.
8. Do a fixture operation test. See § 5.4.
9. If the fixture does not turn on, contact ADB.
Assemble
1. Assemble the optical assy. See § 5.2.4.
2. Assemble the upper cover assy. See § 5.2.2.
3. Dispose the used optical assembly.
5.2.9 Replace the fuse resistor (monitoring option)

- Fuse resistor kit. See § 7.3.2.

- Bidirectional lights have two fuse resistors.
- Undirectional lights have only one fuse resistor.
- Fuse resistors are located on the PCB of the inner cover assy
- Always replace all fuse resistors located on the PCB.
