18. The next screen is the PLU Tax. This is where you assign the
PLU to a tax. Enter the tax number you want; it must be from 0
to 10. As you type, the tax will appear in the Total Price Display.

to store the PLU as-is and go to step 30

20. The next screen is the PLU Ingredients Line 1. There are 10
lines of ingredients and 56 characters per line for a maximum
total of 560 characters of ingredients per PLU. Type the
ingredients you want for line 1. As you type, the ingredients will
appear in the Alpha Display. The screens appear as follows:
