Energy to the machine is provided by a 12-24Vdc-50÷60Ah car type battery (not included) connected to
the electronic box by 1mt two wires cable holding two nippers, red on the positive (+) and black on the
negative (-). The electronic circuit provides several features:
Regulation of the working tension, so that the rotation speed of the engine can be constant.
Protection against the automatic re-start of the machine after one occasional stop caused, as an
example, by the detachment of one nipper; when the nipper is connected again the machine does not
start automatically; the operator has to switch OFF-ON the main switch on the head and the machine will
start operating again.
The electronic box shows the various functions of the machine through 5 Leds:
ON - green Led : indicates that the electronic circuit is properly connected.
MOTOR - yellow Led : indicates that the engine is properly connected to the electronic circuit.
SPEED/VELOCITA’ - red Led : indicates which speed has been selected. Pushing once one of
the 2 keys 1 or 2 you are selecting the desired speed (1=min; 2=max). Pushing twice the
same key the machine stops. To restart the machine you have to put the switch located in the
head in the OFF position and, after 5 seconds, put it in the ON position; the yellow led will
light up and the machine will start again. The lighted red led will indicate the speed that has
been selected.
ALARM – Red Led:
o
fixed light means that the battery is off charge.
o
blinking light means that the battery voltage is becoming low.
o
if after charging the battery and having operated ON-OFF the main switch the red
light is still blinking, this requires the technical assistance provided in your territory.
IMPORTANT :
In the most part of the cases the speed 1 is enough to harvester olives, therefore we advise the usage of
this speed. In the rare event, instead, you need greater energy during the harvesting, it is possible to use
speed 2 for a limited period of time. The usage of speed 1 allow you to save both from the energy point
of view and also for the autonomy of the battery.

The machine power supply is provided by a lithium battery 32Vcc – 10Ah (into the backpack). Thanks to
a bipolar cable, it gives power to the electronic board contained into the power unit.
The electronic circuit provides regulation of the working tension, so that the rotation speed of the engine
can be constant. At the start-up of the machine, the electronic system can detect if the switch on the
machine is closed or not, in order to avoid any accident in case the user turns on the battery and the
machine without releasing the switch.
Always turn off the switch every time you need to stop the machine or disconnect a cable. The functions
status is displayed through 5 Led, three of red colour, one yellow and one green:
ON - green Led : indicates that the electronic circuit is properly connected.
