Why my brand new DVD+RW disc failed at the duplication
process?

The disc recorder does not support non-formatted DVD+RW. Brand new
DVD+RW discs are all mostly non-formatted.
How come the disc emulation failed with my rewritable DVD?

The “Disc Emulate” feature does not support DVD+R and DVD+RW
discs.
