Problem

Remedy

Green spots appear around the patient, or an object far away in the

back of the room is displayed green.

The distance between the camera and the back of the room is too large. Either place

the system in another room, make it face another direction, or call ACP Customer

Support to help you set up the camera for large rooms.

One of the walls becomes green.

The exercise area is too small. Make sure there is enough free space. Consider

moving the system to a different room or turning it to face away from the wall.

Objects or other persons in the room appear green. This often

happens with curtains or doors.

The camera detects other objects or persons as the patient. Make sure there is

enough free space to exercise. Remove unnecessary equipment, and make sure

other people do not walk into the exercise area. The system can also be rotated to

face away from curtains or doors if needed.
