Move the machine (the fixture with the SM
sensor) to the first measurement point.
Confirm that the machine is
moved to the correct position.
The parallelism error is now shown and can
be adjusted by rotating the RM. The blue
arrow will guide you.
The value should be within 0.020 /100. When
it is, the value will go to black.
Confirm the laser adjustment.
If needed, repeat the laser
adjustment.
