MEASUREMENT
Spindle
The screen displays the SR sensor at the
bottom and the spindle to measure with the
SM sensor at the top.
The measurement is carried out by register
values in two positions at each measurement
point.
The graphics show where to rotate the
sensors.
When the SR sensor is positioned at the first
measurement point, the SM sensor can be
positioned with the help of a relative rotational
angle. The rotational angle is shown when the
laser from the SM sensor hits the detector of
the SR sensor.
Set the SR sensor at the first measurement
position. Index from CNC control or fixture is
needed.
Place the spindle to measure with the SM
sensor at the first measurement point and set
the SM sensor at 0° (+/-0.5°).
Touch the measurement icon.
This registers the first
measurement position at the
first measurement point.
