Flame Sensor

AT2E-4717-1

Igniter

AT2E-4716-1

1.  Unplug from wall receptacle.
2.  Lower front access panel by removing 

the screws in the upper corners of the 
panel.

3.  Remove orange flame sense wire (Fig 

7.3G).

4.  Remove screws and flame sensor.
5.  Reinstall in reverse order.

1.  Unplug from wall receptacle.
2.  Lower front access panel by removing 

the screws in the upper corners of the 
panel.

3.  Remove igniter wire.
4.  Remove two nuts and igniter (Fig 

7.3H).

5.  Reinstall in reverse order.
6.  Set new igniter gap between 1/8”-

3/16’’.

Ignition Cable

1.  Unplug from wall receptacle.
2.  Lower front access panel by removing 

the screws in the upper corners of the 
panel.

3.  Remove ignition cable from igniter 

and ignition module.

4.  Apply dielectric grease to both cable 

connector and install new cable.
