desired target heart rate that you do not want to exceed during your exercise. Press
ENTER to confirm the value.
Once your heart rate is higher than your setting value, the PULSE window will flash
to remind you to slow down.
Then first column of the speed window glitter. Press SPEED

up the desire speed of the first column, then press ENTER to confirm the value of
first column.
Then the second column glitter. Press SPEED

to set up the desire speed of the second column. Repeat step "f" & "g" to create your
own exercise profile. Press ENTER to confirm your desired speed profile.
Press START / STOP button to begin exercise.
During the exercise, you can adjust current speed by pressing the SPEED

During the exercise, you can adjust current incline by pressing the INCLINE

or quick incline button.
In setting mode, you don't need to set up each value, press ENTER to skip the value
you want to ignore, and press START at any time to start exercise.
Note:
If you did not set the value of TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIE, these values start from
zero and counting up. If these values have been set, they start to count down until
zero.
Without setting the function of TARGET HEART RATE, the monitor will not give you
the feed back as a reminder. Monitor displays your current heart rate only.
Once you finish the program, the treadmill will beep and then stop. You can press
START to begin next program.
HEART RATE CONTROL PROGRAM
Press MODE button to select H.R.C program, then press SPEED

button to select the value of percentage (65%, 75%, or 85%), and press ENTER to
confirm.
Profile window will show "AGE", then PULSE window will show "30" and glitter. User
press SPEED

button to adjust the value of age from 10 to 99, press
ENTER button to confirm.
