It is assumed that there is no external resistor in the circuit-breaker
tripping coil circuit connected in parallel with the circuit breaker
normally open auxiliary contact.
Set the parameters for TCSSCBR1 properly.

Functional diagrams for control and interlocking
The main purpose of the synchronism and energizing check SECRSYN is to provide
control over the closing of the circuit breakers in power networks to prevent the
closing if conditions for synchronism are not detected. The energizing function allows
closing, for example, when one side of the breaker is dead.
SECRSYN measures the bus and line voltages and compares them to set the
conditions. When all the measured quantities are within set limits, the output
SYNC_OK
is activated for allowing closing or closing the circuit breaker. The
SECRSYN1_SYNC_OK
output signal of SECRSYN is connected to
SYNC_OK
input
of CBXCBR through control logic. The function is blocked in case of terminal side or
bus side MCB is open.
