4.5.3. Replacement of spherical roller bearing, balancing device (old and new)

3. Insert the threaded bar through the new

bearing and place it in the front ear. Also fit the
press tool.

Secure with the knurled nut and press nut at
each end of the threaded bar.

4. Press in the bearing properly inside the ear.

5. Apply grease to the new sealing rings and o-

rings and fit them.

6. Press in the sealing rings and sealing washer.

7. Refit the balancing device to the robot.
