Handling and Installation 21

To clear the CMOS password:

1. Turn off power to the unit.

2. Place a jumper on E4 pins 1 and 2.

3. Wait approximately 5 seconds.

4. Remove jumper from E4 pins 1 and 2.

5. Power up the unit.

When power is reapplied to the unit, the CMOS password will have been cleared, 
and the CMOS will be set to its defaults values.
