You can record the internal or external numbers that you use most frequently (up to 100)
in your private directory.
When a party stored in the private directory calls you, the screen displays the name fol-
lowed by the number. It will also be stored by name in the call log.
A classification of the records (which include the name and number of the party) is sug-
gested; it allows to group into the same list (4 different lists) parties which belong to groups
(management, workgroups etc. depending on your activities). The title of these lists can
also be personalised. The parties grouped in list 4 have the particularity of being present-
ed, when they call, by a distinctive ring tone.
Accessing the private directory
You can access the private directory with the phone in standby or when calling.
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
1 - Press the directory key.
-> The display shows the available directories.
2 - Press the interactive
Private
key.
-> The name and number of the first record are displayed on the
screen.
The records are classified in alphabetical order.
When the directory is empty, the display shows
"
PRIVATE DIRECTORY IS EMPTY
".
3 - Press successively the

keys to access the other
stored records.
