Principal Switch Operations
5.3.1.
A-BPM Operations
To start or suspend A-BPM.
To switch between A-BPM and S-BPM
Step 1. Store the preset program (of start times and intervals) for A-BPM.
Step 2. Set the AUTO switch for the following operations.

ON
" ....... A-BPM is started and the mark is shown.
Blood pressure measurements are performed
in accordance with the preset A-BPM program.
"
OFF
" ..... A-BPM is suspended and the mark is hidden.
Blood pressure measurement can be performed
using the preset S-BPM programs.
To lock A-BPM to "ON".
Keep the AUTO switch to "
ON
" using the LOCK switch so
that A-BPM can be performed.
To expand A-BPM interval time.
Step 1. Set the sleep mode to "
ON
" before measurement.
Step 2. Set the AUTO switch to "
ON
" to use A-BPM.
The mark is shown.
Step 3. When the EVENT switch is pressed during A-BPM, the interval
time is doubled.
When the EVENT switch is pressed again, the interval time
returns to basic value.
