This warning indicates the
filter wheel has failed to
calibrate. Remove the top
cover
and
check
for
obstructions
around
the
filter
wheel.
Call
for
technical help if the problem
persists.

– Ballast Interface Not Connected / Responding
WARNING!
BALLAST OFF
REFER TO
USER MANUAL
Lamp or ballast did not start
or the lamp is not plugged in
or the lamp has failed. Shut
down and restart. If the
error persists, have qualified
personnel
check
the
installation of the lamp. If
the lamp is intact and is
properly installed and the
error
persists,
call
for
technical help.
