Warning
– Switch Failure
SWITCH FAULT

USER MANUAL
This warning is displayed if
a control button becomes
stuck in the “on” position.
Retry switches and buttons
to
see
if
the
faulty
connection is freed. Call for
technical help if the problem
persists.
Warning
– Cover Open
WARNING!
COVER IS OPEN
BALLAST IS OFF
This warning is displayed
when the cover is not
secured. The ballast and
lamp
will
be
disabled.
Secure the cover with 4
screws and re-power the
unit to clear the message.
Call for technical help if the
message persists
Warning
– Thermostat Over-Temperature
FATAL ERROR
THERMOSTAT FAILURE
REFER TO
USER MANUAL
This
warning
indicates
either
the
unit
has
overheated or has a sensor
failure.
Assure
proper
ventilation
and
clean
unrestricted vents. Call for
technical help if the problem
persists.
