RECRYSTALLISATION PROCESS OF PRINTOUTS
The 3DGence Material Management System device is provided with a heating system that allows for a free recrystallisation
process of printouts which usually requires a much higher process temperature than material preparation processes.
Preparation of the charge for the recrystallisation process is described in a separate document, available by logging on to
support.3dgence.com.
In order to start the process of print recrystallisation, at least one chamber of the machine must be completely empty and no
other processes may be carried out in it. To start the recrystallisation process wizard, press on the area of the empty chamber
(highlighted in red in Figure 35).

After pressing the area of the empty chamber, the process wizard will start, where the ANNEALING option is to be selected.
Next, select an appropriate programme depending on the material from which the printouts are made and press the NEXT
button - a screen will appear with a summary of the selected programme and information on how to prepare the device
chamber for the process. After pressing the START button, the device will start the preset programme and display the relevant
information on the main screen.
