Troubleshooting
Power Outages
If you are present when a power outage occurs, or if you discover that the main power is off,
complete the following steps:
1 Switch the power OFF at the Viper Pro’s electronic cabinet so that it does not automatically
start when the power is restored, preventing damage from power flickers and surges.
2 When the power is restored and stable, switch the Viper Pro power ON at the file cabinet.
Viper Pro Shutdown
If you do not plan on operating the Viper Pro on a regular basis and want to shut it down for an
extended period of time, shut down Windows and turn off the main disconnect.
Note: It takes a substantial amount of time for the Viper Pro to warm up after a full shutdown/
power off.
