Changing Configuration Settings

Follow these steps to change the configuration settings:

Run the installation program described in “Configuring the
NIC” earlier in this chapter.

From the main menu (see Figure 4-1), select
Configuration
and Diagnostic Program
.

If multiple NICs are installed in the PC, use the arrow keys
to select the NIC you want to configure. Press Tab to move
to the
Select
button and press Enter.

Press Tab to display the dialog box, and then select the
option that you want to change. Press Enter.

Use the arrow keys to scroll through the list of settings for
that option. Select a setting and press Enter.

Continue this procedure for other options. For more
information on a specific option, select the option and
press F1.

To save the new settings, select
OK
and press Enter.
