I cannot see or access the 

Login

 screen in the Web Configurator.

Make sure you are using the correct IP address.

• The default IP address is 192.168.1.1.
• If you changed the IP address, use the new IP address.
• If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, see the troubleshooting suggestions for 

I 

forgot the IP address for the WAH7601.

Make sure the WAH7601 is correctly installed and turned on. See the Quick Start Guide and 

Section 1.6 

on page 12

.

Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has JavaScripts and Java 
enabled.

Make sure your computer is connected to the WAH7601 and is in the same subnet as the WAH7601. Your 
computer should have an IP address in the same subnet as the WAH7601. If your WAH7601 is using the 
default IP address, then your computer should have an IP address from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.254. See 
your computer help.

Make sure the WAH7601’s WiFi is enabled. You can enable or disable the WAH7601’s WiFi network by 
pushing on the WPS on the WAH7601 on the WAH7601. See 

Section 1.7 on page 13

.

Reset the device to its factory defaults, and try to access the WAH7601 with the default IP address. To 
reset your WAH7601, remove the lid. Press the reset button for 5 seconds and release it. After a few 
seconds, the signal LED blinks red and then the power LED lights green. See 

Section 1.6.1 on page 13

.

Disconnect your device from the Internet (WiFi) and then connect to the WAH7601 once again.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.

I forgot the password of the Web Configurator.

If this does not work, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults. To reset your WAH7601, remove
