Filter Configuration
This is the length (in bytes) of the data portion in the packet that you want to compare.
The Mask is applied to the data portion before comparing the result against the Value to determine a match.
It is specified in hexadecimal, and it takes two hexadecimal digits to represent a byte i.e., Length is 4,
therefore there are 8 hex numbers.
