2.2.4 Front Panel Connections
You can use unshielded t wist ed pair ( UTP) or shielded twisted- pair ( STP) Ethernet cables for RJ- 45
ports. The following table describes the types of net work cable used for t he different connect ion
speeds. .
You can use either crossover or straight- through cables for all the ports.
2.2.5 Front Panel LEDs
The LED I ndicators give real- tim e inform ation about the status of the Switch. The following table
provides descriptions of the LEDs.
