Baking and roasting

▸ Next time, set a lower cooking space temperature
and lengthen the operating time.
▸ Stir the cake mixture well. When finished, bake im-
mediately.
▸ For whisked sponges, beat the egg yolks/egg
whites to a foam a little longer and then carefully
fold into the mixture. When finished, bake immedi-
ately.
