CLEANING THE MACHINE
Periodically clean the outside of the ma-
chine with a sponge damped in soapy
water.
Periodically remove all dust and dirt from
the wheels and brush.
PROBLEMS, CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS
The information given below is designed
to help you identify and solve minor prob-
lems that can occur during normal oper-
ation. For any problems not dealt with
here, please contact an authorised serv-
ice centre.

SOLUTION
Noisy suction.
The dust bag is full.
Empty or replace the dust bag.
Intermittent noise repeating
every 1 second or so (10 sec-
onds in wet wipe mode).
The detergent tank is empty.
Fill the tank.
The message “RH/LH motor
error” appears on the dis-
play.
The rear wheels are locked.
Remove the object that is lock-
ing the rear wheels. If the prob-
lem persists, contact a service
centre.
The message “Check sum Er-
ror” appears on the display.
There is a software problem.
Switch the machine off and
switch it back on again.
The message “Room change”
appears on the display.
The batteries are running
down and the machine is mov-
ing towards a wall power sock-
et.
Charge the batteries.
The machine switches off
while cleaning.
A failure or danger condition
has been detected.
Switch the machine back on
again. If the problem persists,
contact a service centre.
Nothing appears on the dis-
play but the machine works
normally.
The display is faulty.
Contact a service centre to
have the display changed.
The cloth holder fails to lift
(model with carpet sensors).
Either the carpet sensors or
the lifting solenoid are faulty.
Contact a service centre.
