defines the IP mode to be used for the interface,

(IPv4/IPv6) address

Defines a static IP address, if the mode is set to static

(IPv4/IPv6) bitmask

Defines a static IP bitmask, if the mode is set to static

(IPv4/IPv6) gateway

Defines a static IP gateway, if the mode is set to static
(Optional)

(IPv4/IPv6) DNS Server

Defines a DNS Server to be used for this connection
Defines a static IP gateway, if the mode is set to static
(Optional)

(IPv4/IPv6) DNS Search

Defines a domain name which will be used for DNS
lookups

In addition, to the existing physical interfaces, additional interfaces can be defined, which
allow for more advanced configuration options. The following interface types are
supported.
