Hereinafter it is meant by the term "behind" or "back" the part of the machine, where the
operator works, whereas by the term "before" or "front" it is meant the opposite side.
For each operation to be performed on the machine please refer to the below described
qualification levels, in order to identify the quilified personnel to carry it out.
Unskilled operator:
personnel without any specific expertise who is able to carry out
only simple tasks, that it is the machine running by means of suitable controls.
Skilled operator:
personnel who is able to carry out the tasks of the previous
qualification and also to operate on the machine with disabled safety catches, in order
to perform simple functions like adjustments, recordings, start or restart of production
following a stoppage.
Machine maintenance worker:
technical skilled personnel who is able to run the
machine under normal conditions, to make it function with disabled safety catches, to
operate on mechanical components, in order to perform all the required adjustments,
maintenances and repairs.
Manufacturer's technician:
technical skilled personnel put at disposal by the
Manufacturer to perform elaborate operations in particular situations or, however,
according to what agreed upon with the user.
The operations described in this handbook are relevant to each phase of the machine life
cycle and were carefully examined by the company Zonzini S.r.l. Therefore the number
of operators shown for each of them and the required qualifications are the most suitable
to perform the function in the best way.
The use of a different number of workers or of a lower qualification level to
the one required for could risk the involved personnel or who is standing
near the machine.
