WARRANTY
Inspect the machine on delivery to check any transport damages.
Any complaints have to be sent written to the company Zonzini S.r.l. by 8 days from the
receipt.
The warranty is valid for 12 months for mechanical parts from the purchase date. As for
batteries the warranty is valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
The warranty provides only the replacement or repair of parts acknowledged as defected,
after a careful control by the company Zonzini S.r.l. and it does not include transport costs.
However, the expenses relevant to the replacement of worn out components, any customs
taxes and VAT are charged to the purchaser. Any further compensation for immediate and
indirect damages and the less for resolution of the contract, for price reduction, for
suspension of payments under penalty of warranty expiry are excluded as well.
Neither replacements nor repairs of the parts under warranty will extend its terms.
Without any written authorization by the Manufacturer it is not possible to accept any
returns.
The warranty lapses if:
•
the buyer is up to date with payments.
•
the instructions of this handbook are not observed.
•
changes are made without any prior authorization by the company Zonzini s.r.l.
•
repairs are carried out by unauthorized personnel.
•
the machine is used in a different way from the prescribed one.
•
the original parts have been replaced with pieces of other manufacturing.
All pneumatic components are excluded from warranty.
For any dispute the place of jurisdiction is Verona.
