8. MUX MODE

The

ZVK-007

can remotely control up to sixteen Multiplexers by serial links and a

MEYERTECH

Protocol Gateway.

MUX facilities provided are -

- FULL

SCREEN

- ACTIVITY

- MULTI

SCREEN - HOLD

- PICTURE

PICTURE

- ENCODE

- DECODE

- LIVE

8.1 SELECTING A MULTIPLEXER

To select the

MUX MODE

log-on to the keyboard and press the

MODE

key until MUX MODE is

displayed.

Press the enter key and the display will show for example -

MUX

MUX - 1

OFF

MODE

CAM-

OFF

To select a particular MUX to control use the Numeric Keypad by selecting a MUX number in the
range of 1 to 16 followed by ENTER.

The LCD will then update the LCD with the selected Multiplexers last known activity.

The CAM field is only required when FULL screen is selected. Having pressed FULL, enter a camera
number followed by ENTER.

To exit the

MUX MODE

press the

ESC

key.
