Common problems

No signal of input can be detected
Check whether IO power supplies or not
Check whether signal electric level is matched with
input port or not
Check whether the input number is same as the
detection port or not.
Network port can’t be connected
Check whether the network port light is on;
Check whether the network cable meets the specified
requirements
Check whether the network port is inserted incorrectly.
Output has no reaction when it
operates
Check whether power supplies or not
Check whether the output number is the same as the
operation or not.
Input channel has not voltage and
current signal
Check whether power supplies or not
Check whether the input channel number is the same
as the operation or not.
Output channel has no reaction
when it operates
Check whether power supplies or not
Check whether the output channel number is the same
as the operation or not.
POWER is on, RUN is off
Check whether the power of power supply is enough,
restart after adjusting.
RUN is on, ALM is off.
Program runs error, please see Zevelop error codes,
and check the application program.
