Troubleshooting

Problem

Oven door is locked and
will not release, even after
cooling.

Oven is not heating.

Oven is not cooking evenly

No power going to
the oven.

Oven rack is not in
correct position.

Oven Mode or
Temperature not
selected.

Convection Bake
Mode

Turn the oven off at the circuit
breaker and wait a few
seconds. Turn breaker back
on. The oven should reset itself
and will be operable.

Turn on power at the main
power supply (fuse or circuit
breaker box). If condition
persists, call a qualified
electrician.

Press cooking option on
keypad to select the oven
mode and temperature.

Refer to cook charts
starting on page 40 for
recommended rack position.

Always reduce recipe
temperature by 25°F (15 °C)
when baking with Convection
Bake mode.

Possible Cause

Solution

Oven light is not working
properly.

Light bulb is loose or
burned out.

Turn the oven off at the circuit
breaker and wait a few
