ADJUSTMENTS
HOW TO ADJUST BALANCE
To make you rides smooth and comfortable, the bike has to be
stable. If you notice that the bike is imbalanced during use, adjust
the feet under the front and rear stabilisers.
To do it, loosen the
hexagonal screw
(33) with a spanner by
rotating it
clockwise
(direction A). When the screw is loose, rotate
the
level foot
(5) until it is level with the surface. After
adjustments, use the spanner to tighten the
hexagonal screw
(33)
by rotating it
counterclockwise
(direction B).
If necessary, repeat for the other
level feet
(5).
HOW TO ADJUST RESISTANCE
Adjust the resistance with the
brake knob
(31).
To
increase resistance
, rotate the knob
right
(
clockwise
). To
reduce resistance
, rotate the knob
left
(
counterclockwise
).
Press
the
brake knob
(31) for emergency braking.
HOW TO ADJUST THE SADDLE
The right saddle height improves exercise efficiency and reduces
the risk of injuries. Shifting the saddle to the front or rear will
activate different muscle groups.
Set the pedals vertically (one up and one down). Sit on the bike
and put your feet on the pedals. Make sure the foot in the lower
pedal is comfortable. If it is excessively bent, lift the saddle up. If
you cannot reach the pedal or experience hyperextension in your
leg, lower the saddle.
To adjust the saddle height, loosen the lower
quick release clamp
(16) and raise or lower the saddle as required. Make sure that the
lever
(16) fits into the opening in the
post
(18). Do not raise the
post
(18) above the
STOP
mark. Then tighten the
lever
(16) by
rotating the handle
clockwise
.
To adjust the horizontal saddle position, loosen the lower
quick
release clamp
(16) and move the saddle as required. Then tighten
the
lever
(16) by rotating the handle
clockwise
.
