Blade Change
1)
Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
2)
Bring the circular saw blade in the highest possible
position. Remove both screws A
3)
The front screw A is secured on the underside with
a nut. Do not lose this.
4)
Remove the cover B
5)
Now you have free access to the blade.
6)
To remove the blade you need an ended wrench
(24) and an Allen-key.
7)
Fix the spindle C with the Allen key to turning
(Fig.9).
8)
Place the 24-key it to the nut D and loosen this!
9)
Remove the nut and take off the blade (safety gloves!)
10)
Clean the nut D and the spindle C.
11)
Mount the blade in reverse order point 4 till 10.
12)
ATTENTION: Mount the blade in the correct
direction!
13)
Adjust the riving knife to your new blade! This is
very important for safe working. The riving knife
prevents pinching the saw blade e.g. when ripping.
14)
The riving knife (9) can be adjusted in the height if
you loosen the screw (A). After adjusting tighten
the screw.
