ASSEMBLY
13.1
Delivery content
Unpack the ZIPPER table saw ZI-TKS250H or TKS250-2VB and check the machine for any transport
damage and for completeness of delivery.

Assembly
Pictures for the assembly you can find in chapter 6.2.
13.2.1
Under base
Connect the 4 feet with the 4 crossbars. Use it at the 16 mounting holes each have a screw and a nut
with washer. Tighten the nuts not at full strength.
Next mount the table saw to the base construction.
Finally tighten all screws gradually in order to avoid a distortion of the base frame construction.
13.2.2
Table saw
Mount the saw blade protection on the riving. For this
purpose, press studs, so that the blade guard can build on
the riving knife. Omit bolts, it engages by a spring
mechanism.
You can remove the blade guard without tools by pushing
the bolt and remove the protection.
Attach the extraction hose to the connector on the circular
saw blade protection. Plug the other end of the dust
collector adapter.
Place the rubber feet on the table legs.
