12 ASSEMBLY
12.1 Delivery content
Please check the product contents immediately after receipt for any eventual transport
damage or missing parts. Claims from transport damage or missing parts must be placed
immediately after initial machine receipt and unpacking before putting the machine into
operation.
12.2 Assembly
The machine comes fully assembled, only the operating materials need to be refilled and the
snow blade fitted if required.
12.3 Assembly snow blade
Assembly mounting brackets
 Mount the mounting brackets (1) & (2) to the
blades using six M10×25 hex bolts (3), washers
and nuts (4).
 Mount the bracket (5) to the mounting bracket in
position (6) with one M10x25 hex bolts on each
side.
 In position (7) of the bracket, it is fastened with
one M10x25 hex bolt on each side and with a
washer.
 Mount the bracket (8) onto the snow blade using
2 hex-bolts M12x70 (9).
