In Germany, it is not necessary to perform either a safety check or a
metrological control for the ThermoTK device.
In Germany, the MPBetreibV (Medical Device Operator Ordinance) as well as
the DGUV V3 (Accident prevention regulation – electrical systems and
equipment), among others, apply in their respective current versions.
These are to be followed when operating the device.

These requirements apply to the operation of the device in Germany.
