WARNING: Plasma arc may cause burns or scalds during the
instantaneous start of cutting torch.
Plasma arc will be produced at the moment after the cutting torch is started, and it will soon
burn your gloves and skin.
Do not get close to the nozzle.
Never hold the workpiece with your hands. Keep your hands away from the cutting path.
Do not point the cutting torch to yourself or others.
1) Operation of the safety trigger
A safety trigger is equipped with the cutting torch A141 to avoid accidental start-up. When you
prepare to carry out cutting with the cutting torch, pull the yellow safety trigger backward (to
the direction opposite to the cutting torch head) without releasing it, and then press down the
red cutting torch switch. The figure below is for your reference.

2) Tips for handheld cutting

Clamp the workpiece with the work clamp, and make
the nozzle of the cutting torch perpendicular to the
edge of the workpiece (with an angle of 90°). Keep the
nozzle 2~3mm away from the workpiece when cutting.
