9. All spanners and wrenches as well as other tools serving for regulation of devices, tightening
screws etc. should be removed from the device after completing regulation or assembling
works. Before starting the device again, check, whether this has really been done.
10. Operating the Filling machine requires full concentration at all times, hence acting cautiously
and reasonably.
11. It is forbidden to grasp moving elements of the device. They may only be touched after bringing
the device to complete standstill.
12. Before starting the production, check, whether units work correctly, whether they function in
a trouble-free manner and according to their purpose. Make sure, whether moving elements
do not jam and, whether they bear traces of damage or seizures.
13. Repair of the damaged elements of the device may only be performed by the persons in
possession of proper qualifications.
14. Use proper tools. Repair performed by any unauthorized persons may cause accident hazard
and result in the loss of warranty during its period of validity.
2.5. Safety rules during repairs and maintenance
It is forbidden to perform any cleaning and ordering works, nor to remove defects while the device
is being operated. Compressed air, active substance and product supply, and in case of electric
appliances, power supply should be cut off first. Before commencing repair or maintenance works,
lower the pressure of the air supplied to the device to the atmospheric level.
2.6. Protection of the natural environment
Damaged containers should be stored in an appointed place in order to be handed over for
recycling. Damaged containers may not be disposed of into waste containers. Any possible leaks of
active substances should be washed down, and remaining liquid waste directed into proper tanks.
It is strictly forbidden to direct liquid waste to public sewage system.
NOTE: Dispensed substances may be toxic or chemically aggressive. The
machine user is responsible for the elimination of risks caused by the above!
