9. Setting of the Dosing Quantity
The adjustment screw in the quantity adjustment valve must be turned until the floater
upper edge has reached the desired quantity in liters/hour at the scale of the flow
measuring tube (see Diagram 7, Page 15).

The contact maker switches off the device as soon as the floater lowers itself (safety circuit).
At very small quantities, ensure that the floater is still able to lower, otherwise there is a risk that
the floater can not switch off although the flow rate has decreased to zero (risk of insufficient
dosage!!!).
At the standard device, the marking (scaling) at the flow measuring tube is 40
– 400 l/h. As the
function of the automatic shutoff can no longer be warranted for in the lowest range, there is the
option to insert a scaling of 15
– 150 l/h (see Spare Parts List, Page 23, Item 19).
